LaCreme is fully licensed and insured.

To secure the date we require a $150 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your event. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied towards a different date if you need to cancel or reschedule as long as you give us one weeks notice.

We are now accepting all major credit cards, mobile payments (Zelle, Apple Pay, and Venmo).

• Please note that if your party is indoors it is the clients responsibility to ensure that there is enough ceiling clearance.

We use hospital-grade disinfectant to thoroughly clean, sanitize and disinfect our bounce houses before and after each event! This not only maintains the integrity of the bounce houses but also ensures that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment.

Our preferred surfaces are turf and grass. We can also set up on Asphalt, Concrete.

Aside from the space needed to set up the bounce house, access to an electrical outlet within 50 feet of the bounce house is needed. If this is not possible, we will need to know in advance in order to supply a generator at an additional charge. It is the customers responsibility to obtain any and all proper permits required prior to the event.

Up to 6 children bouncing at a time or 3 adults. Never more than 700 pounds should be in the bounce house at once

The weather can be unpredictable and rain and heavy winds can occur. We have a plan in place in the event that this happens. Please ask us about our rain policy!

We do give the option of hiring an attendant for your event. The attendant will monitor and supervise the bouncers. This is available for an additional fee of $100 for 5 hrs.

The bounce house takes about 30 minutes to set up and about 30 minutes to take down.

Installing balloons onto the bounce house can be a bit difficult and the use of command strips is strictly prohibited. We work with some of the best balloon artists in the Tri-State!
